Damaging Habits

When I was clearing up my stuffs, I found an article about health.



Here are a few habits that may cause brain damage.

1. No Breakfast
2. Overeating
3. Smoking
4. High Sugar Consumption
5. Air Pollution
6. Sleep Deprivation
7. Head Covered while Sleeping
8. Working the Brain during Illness
9. Lacking in Stimulating Thoughts
10. Talking Rarely

Here are the main causes of liver damage:

1. Sleeping too late and waking up too late
2. Not urinating in the morning
3. Overeating
4. No Breakfast
5. Consume too much medication
6. Consume too much preservatives, additives, food colouring & artificial sweetener.
7. Consume too much fried food

The top five cancer-causing foods:

1. Hot Dogs (contain sodium nitrate which is a carcinogen)
2. Processed Meats & Bacon
3. Doughnuts
4. French Fries
5. Chips, Crackers & Cookies (Oops! I'm gonna eat a lot of these during Chinese New Year~ :P)

Oh my! I always cover my head while sleeping! That explain why sometimes I react slowly. wakakaka
