My Thoughts #2

Today is the third day of 2011. So fast... =.=

I have the intention to work while waiting for my SPM results. Yesterday, I saw there is a notice at a food outlet (better don't mention the name~) stating that there is an open interview on Monday to Friday, from 11 am to 3 pm. So, I decided to give it a try.

I went there today at 12 pm and told one of the workers that I came for the interview. While waiting alone (seems like I am the only one went for the interview. =.=), I saw him talked to a few people.

Lastly, he told me that the manager was not in. Geez... [I wonder why he didn't tell me on the spot that the manager was not there.]

He then asked me to leave my contact and said that someone will call me, either today or tomorrow. Until now, I haven't receive a call. So, I guess that the food outlet does not want any temporary worker and that is the only polite way to 'get rid of me'. Haha... =)

Nevermind, I will try other job. ^^

I read a book by 张小娴 today. This is the first time I read this type of book and it is also the first Chinese story book that I finished reading in one day.

It is a book about love, betrayal, affairs. And there are a few pages that are 18sx. Haha... I am going to be 18 in one week time anyway.

But I never expected it as the title of the book sounds 'innocent' - 蝴蝶过期居留. There are three stories in the book - 那年的梦想、蝴蝶过期居留 and 魔法蛋糕店. The characters in the story are related. How should I put it? Hmmm... The characters have some connections with each other - either they are friends, family members, lovers, cousins etc.

But the main theme of these three stories is love.

I think I am currently obsessed in making stars. I bought three packets of the stars and folded all in one week. Haha... ^^
